The Sales Assistant is a critical member of our sales operation, supporting internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns execute smoothly and successfully. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, brings a strong work ethic, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and can work independently when needed.

• Order entry and revisions in Wide Orbit for broadcast and digital with a high level of accuracy
• High-volume data entry across multiple systems
• Contract/Account maintenance and reconciliation
• Working directly with clients and/or Media Executives and managers on makegoods
• Pre- and post-sale campaign maintenance
• Creating, setting up, and pulling sales and performance reports
• Responding promptly and professionally to client calls and emails
• Aging and billing support, including discrepancy identification and resolution
• Traffic backup support as needed
• Digital backup support as needed
• Supporting overall sales operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by management

• High school graduate required, college degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable to complete tasks as assigned
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred proficiency with Wide Orbit Traffic and Media Sales; skilled at Word, Excel & Power Point
• Broadcast experience preferred
