Key Responsibilities:

• Deep handson migration experience in one or more of voice telephony SIP PSTN SBC carrier messaging SMS RCS Whats App email delivery CPaaS eg Twilio Vonage Sinch Bandwidth Infobip or contact center eg Genesys NICE Amazon Connect Five9 Teams Dynamics based Depth in one area beats shallow coverage of all.

• Personally planned and executed at least two production cutovers of a live communications workload carrying real users or traffic.

• Able to read and modify integration code C JavaScript Type Script Java or Python work with SDKs REST APIs and webhooks and debug live call message flows from logs and telemetry.

• Working knowledge of Azure as it applies to communications workloads identity networking event monitoring.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience Deep handson migration experience in one or more of voice telephony SIP PSTN SBC carrier messaging SMS RCS Whats App email delivery CPaaS eg Twilio Vonage Sinch Bandwidth Infobip or contact center eg Genesys NICE Amazon Connect Five9 Teams Dynamics based Depth in one area beats shallow coverage of all.

• Minimum High School or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
