You will be instrumental in driving projects from conception to launch, ensuring that every product not only meets but exceeds expectations for quality, performance, and market appeal.

• Support the apparel product management team, collaborating closely with the basketball team, Global Jordan, and Golf initiatives.
• Drive projects from initiation to completion, demonstrating a clear understanding of the product lifecycle and execution process.
• Gather and integrate feedback from various regional teams, translating insights into actionable design and product development changes.
• Contribute to the strategic development of product lines, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market demands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Line Design, specifically with apparel performance wear products. Experience in streetwear is also valued, especially with a strong passion for basketball.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for the basketball industry or culture.
• Proven ability to manage projects comprehensively, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Experience in gathering and implementing regional feedback into product design.

• A self-starter mentality, capable of quickly adapting and taking initiative in new environments.
• Comfort working in fluid and ambiguous settings, embracing challenges and driving solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all seniority levels and across various functional teams.
• Previous experience in the athletic apparel industry is highly preferred.
