Resident Manager – Beaverton, OR

Location: Beaver Creek Apartments, 126 units, Beaverton, OR.

We seek a full‑time Resident Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a busy apartment community. The role involves resident engagement, leasing activities, staff supervision, and adherence to company policies.

• Greet visitors, provide property information, and engage in leasing activities.
• Explain rental agreements and move‑in packages with attention to detail.
• Enter data and produce accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports using Yardi & Tenant Tech.
• Resolve resident issues promptly and professionally.
• Supervise office and maintenance staff and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the work schedule and support the team’s workflow.

• 6+ years of multifamily housing industry experience.
• 4+ years as a prior Resident Manager.
• Excellent customer service and leasing skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency;
  Yardi (3+ years) and Tenant Tech (1+ year) experience required.
• Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws necessary.

Total hours: 39.5 hrs/week. Sunday – Thursday schedule with Friday & Saturday off. Sunday 9am–5pm;
Monday‑Thursday 9am–6pm.

Monthly salary: $5,500 – $6,250 (DOE) + commissions.
