- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews to grow a high-performing team
- Conduct client quality visits, strengthen relationships, and quickly solve operational challenges
- Plan, prioritize, and delegate recruiting and order fulfillment to keep business running seamlessly
- Hold quarterly business reviews and manage key client interactions
- Lead sales meetings, and run pipeline calls that drive revenue
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with new clients and grow market share
- A track record of success in leadership within a sales-driven environment
- A strategic mindset and the ability to connect daily actions to long-term goals
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident communication with the ability to influence and delegate effectively
- Drive, adaptability, and the ambition to take on greater responsibility as the company grows

Pay: $93,000-$122,000 base salary (monthly bonuses too!)
Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)
This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
