Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) is inviting applications for THRIVE Directors and Assistant Directors who will oversee after school and before-school programs serving Beaverton School District students. You will lead activities in art, dance, music, science, or sports, mentor staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment.
The THRIVE program places emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and inclusion, with schedules mostly Monday–Friday afternoons and some school-break hours.
