Forklift Operator

We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operators to support fast-paced warehouse, yard, and manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, staging product for production teams, and keeping facilities organized and efficient.

• Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, heavy-lift, or similar) to move products and materials

• Load and unload trucks, production lines, and storage areas

• Stack, organize, and band materials for storage or shipping

• Stage raw materials and finished goods for production teams

• Perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical issues

• Maintain clean, organized work areas (sweeping, debris removal, proper material placement)

• Assist with inventory counts and update ERP/warehouse systems to ensure accurate locations

• Verify materials meet required specifications before staging

• Communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and drivers

• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and OSHA guidelines

• Perform additional duties as assigned; adapt to changing priorities

• 1+ year experience in warehouse, yard, manufacturing, or light-industrial environment

• Experience with sit-down forklift or heavy-lift equipment (6+ months preferred)

• Basic math skills and strong hand-eye coordination

• Ability to speak, read, and write English for workplace safety

• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations (preferred)

• Forklift certification a plus

• Reliable work history with positive references (2 required)

• Able to work in varying conditions (outdoors, noise, moving equipment)

Salary info:
