Calibration Technician

We are seeking a Calibration Technician to support our client’s equipment calibration and performance verification operations. This role is focused on processing and calibrating high volumes of equipment with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has foundational technical experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining calibration standards.

Location:

onsite in Beaverton, OR

Compensation: $28-33/hr

Employment type:

3‑month contract with potential for conversion to FTE

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, day shift

• Perform calibration, performance verification, and preventive maintenance on a variety of electronic and mechanical equipment.
• Work with basic tools and instruments including pop torque wrenches, general‑purpose test equipment, handheld multimeters, and other low‑level technical devices.
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with calibration requirements.
• Document calibration results, maintain records, and ensure all equipment meets performance standards.
• Support a high‑throughput environment by efficiently completing assigned calibration tasks.

• PMEL (Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory) experience.
• Familiarity with Digital Multimeters (DMMs), Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Signal Generators, Counters, and Timers.

• Ability to work independently and follow precise calibration procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
