About the Role:

Join Token Metrics as the visionary leader of marketing and communications, reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead the in-house marketing team and be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that drive brand growth, revenue, and community engagement in the crypto analytics space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement marketing strategies that position Token Metrics as a top crypto analytics brand.
• Product Marketing: Lead innovative campaigns for new product launches using growth hacking and data-driven tactics.
• Corporate Communications: Manage PR, media relations, and corporate messaging to build Token Metrics’ reputation as a thought leader.
• Brand Development: Create a strong brand identity and maintain consistent communication across all platforms.
• Community Growth: Cultivate and engage a vibrant online crypto community to boost brand loyalty.
• Content Strategy: Oversee creation and distribution of engaging content, with focus on You Tube and Twitter/X.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing with company goals.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and data-driven results.

Requirements:

• Crypto Expertise: Deep understanding of crypto/blockchain markets with proven marketing success.
• Leadership Experience: 7+ years in marketing, with at least 4 years leading teams in crypto, fintech, or tech sectors.
• Growth & Product Marketing: Proven track record with crypto or SaaS product launches and growth tactics.
• PR & Communications: Skilled in managing corporate communications and media relations.
• Community Building: Experience growing and engaging online communities within crypto.
• Content Savvy: Expertise in social media content strategy, especially video and crypto narratives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field;
  Master’s or relevant certifications preferred.
