The Volunteer provides administrative/non‑clinical support to the Clinical Services Teams.

• Assist with light office work, including sorting, scanning, and filing documents.
• Assemble mailings.
• Copy, sort, and distribute materials.
• Sort items and organize workspace.
• Assist in sorting/organizing clothing closets.
• Assist in putting together client resources such as hygiene kits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Interest in/passion for Life Works NW mission.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of image scanner and copier.
• Effective communication skills and ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship with others in a culturally diverse environment.
• Ability to perform essential functions of job without creating a direct threat to the safety of self or others.
• Driving is not required for this volunteer position.

Life Works NW is a private, non‑profit organization providing prevention, mental health, substance use treatment, and related social services to youths, adults, and older adults in over fifteen locations throughout Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties.
