Senior Aesthetic Provider & Clinical Leader

Renew is seeking an experienced aesthetic provider who combines excellent clinical judgment, a commitment to natural results and a passion for teaching others. As an established, owner-led medical aesthetic practice with two locations, we offer an opportunity to build lasting patient relationships and help strengthen our clinical team.

• Provide personalized consultations, cosmetic injectables and laser or energy-based treatments.
• Coordinate day-to-day clinical workflows across both locations.
• Train and mentor clinical staff.
• Support consistent patient care, documentation and treatment standards.
• Build a productive clinical schedule and contribute to sustainable practice growth.

You will work closely with the owner and Nurse Practitioner, with dedicated time for patient care, staff development and clinical coordination.

An Oregon-licensed Nurse Practitioner preferred. Experienced Naturopathic Doctors and Physician Assistant with relevant aesthetic qualifications will also be considered.

• At least four years of hands-on aesthetic experience, including injectables and laser or energy-based treatments.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills and teaching or mentoring experience.
• A collaborative approach and interest in a long-term position.

• Approximately 32 hours per week across Portland and Beaverton.
• Anticipated base salary of $120,000–$150,000, depending on qualifications and agreed responsibilities.
