Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse Educator to provide clinical education and training for successful transition of patients to our home infusion model.
You will also deliver intermediate direct patient care in homes or infusion suites to ensure patient safety under a physician plan of care. You will partner with the sales team to facilitate transitions and educate patients/caregivers, while documenting care in our EMR and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
