Join our On-site team in Beaverton and work remotely on Fridays!
Pay: $35–40/hr
Key Requirements- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 5+ years in materials/textile development (outerwear, bodywear, performance fabrics)
- Experience with trims (zippers, elastics, patches)
- Tools: PCX, Miro, Smartsheets, PPS
- Organized, detail-oriented
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience developing performance or swim-related materials
- Experience with

- Cover FTE leave; expected end date unchanged
- Lead seasonal material development for Spring/Summer ‘27 & Fall/Holiday ‘27
- Manage projects end-to-end: development kickoff, supplier coordination, product testing
- Collaborate closely with 5 direct teammates and 7–10 cross-functional groups
