Description

Are you passionate about real estate and eager to make a significant impact in the industry? We seek a motivated and dynamic professional to become a key member of our energetic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, guiding them through the complexities of purchasing, selling, and investing in real estate. Your knowledge and skills will be essential in helping clients make informed decisions that align with their goals.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Execute lead generation activities consistently every week
• Conduct a minimum of 8 open houses monthly
• Make prospecting and lead follow up calls for 2 hours daily
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities & meetings
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, morning Power Ups, and a weekly Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, negotiating and other listing related services
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Qualifications

Skills You Have:

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional (or plans to become one)
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded, and organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
• Motivated to build a business with excellent income opportunities
