This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, guiding them through the complexities of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Your knowledge and skills will be essential in helping clients make informed decisions that align with their goals.



Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate directly with clients to identify their real estate needs and preferences.
• Provide expert guidance on market trends and property valuations.
• Assist clients in negotiating favorable deals and contract terms.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure exceptional service.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your professional expertise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate or a related sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Possession of a valid real estate license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

• Real estate license (you already have this or are willing to get it)
