Are you passionate about real estate and eager to make a significant difference in both the industry and your community? We seek a motivated and energetic professional to become a key member of our dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with clients, guiding them through the intricate process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

Your knowledge and skills will be essential in helping clients make informed decisions that align with their goals.

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Assist with contract to close tasks such as attending the home inspection
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
