• Prepare meals from scratch following established recipes and menus.
• Assist with prep work and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
• Support the team with dishwashing, storage, and rotation as needed.
• Partner with the Dining Room team to ensure excellent service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently.

• Previous culinary experience, 1–2 years.
• Current food handler’s permit.
• Ability to follow recipes, meal plans, and production sheets.
• Strong communication and a cooperative, team‑focused attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Maintain the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for the vast majority of the workday; frequently push, pull, bend, twist, and reach.
• Enough manual dexterity to work with the fingers and handle items.
• Walk frequently throughout campus for extended periods.
• Involves light to heavy physical activity, performing non‑strenuous and strenuous daily activities.
