Aramark is hiring full‑time Baristas to combine specialty drink preparation, food assistance, and POS operations in a fast‑paced, socially engaging environment. The role offers unlimited career growth and the chance to ignite your passion while delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

• Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Count, organize, and balance cash drawer; complete cashier slips and make deposits.
• Adhere to Aramark’s cash‑handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and break down coffee bar, stations, or store, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverage coolers, grab‑and‑go items, service ware, and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash‑handling experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a barista preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Must work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Able to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

This position may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and personal protective equipment may also be required.
