Retail Stocking Supervisor – Harbor Freight Tools

A full‑time Supervisor is a valued member of a high‑performing team who is empowered and equipped to make a real impact on customers and associates. This role is perfect for those with recent leadership experience and a passion for a career in retail.

Compensation is approximately $23.00 per hour
, depending on location, experience, skills, and education. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. What You’ll Do
  • Ensure and model professional customer service.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
  • Cross‑train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Who You Are
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, e‑mail, and telephone.
  • Physically able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for an entire shift.
  • Can lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Willing to become certified to operate a forklift under the IIPP.
  • Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to the attendance policy is required.
