OverviewWe are looking for motivated, disciplined and goal-driven individuals to join our high-performing insurance sales team. We provide everything you need to succeed—leads, training, mentorship, and an unmatched commission structure.

Annual Bonus and Commission
- Get Licensed! Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance and support to help you get licensed).
- Meet with Clients — Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Present Tailored Solutions — Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products.
- Close Sales & Earn Big — Guide clients through the application process and celebrate each win!
- Build Long-Term Relationships — Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
- Stay Informed — Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.
- Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not already!
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in-person meetings)
- High commission structure with monthly bonuses
- Residual income paid annually on policy renewals
