General Manager – Cycle Bar Tigard

Cycle Bar is seeking a General Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art location in Tigard. General Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.

• Lead generation and marketing outreach to build a strong pipeline of prospective members.
• Membership sales and renewal, ensuring the studio meets monthly membership goals.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise CBX teams, coaching them on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization, ensuring a premium guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Studio Owner to set monthly, weekly, and daily targets for meeting studio goals.
• Drive referral business through ambassadorship, converting non‑membership users to a membership base.
• Conduct pre‑planning activities each month, securing first‑time rider lead flow.

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen, capable of generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
• Ability to manage and drive membership and retail revenue streams.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.
