Beaverton Kia is looking for talented and experienced sales professionals to join our growing team, selling both new and pre-owned vehicles. If you have at least one year of prior sales experience — and especially if you have experience in automotive sales — we want to hear from you. Bilingual in Spanish? Guide customers through their car buying journey with professionalism and confidence

Present and explain vehicle options, features, pricing, warranties, and financing solutions

Maintain accurate sales records and up-to-date customer profiles in our CRM system

Handle inbound leads (phone, internet, showroom) and follow up promptly

Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering world-class customer service

Stay up to date on product knowledge, incentives, and promotions

Participate in regular training and dealership meetings

Represent the dealership in a clean, courteous, and professional manner

Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience (automotive sales highly preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills

A team-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed customer expectations

Reliable, motivated, and professional appearance and demeanor

Quick learner with a willingness to continually improve

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screening

Weekly pay – Direct deposit or Pay Card
