ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as a trusted advisor. Spot challenges early, help customers get the most out of Sage products, maintain renewals, and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that drive growth.
Key Performance Metrics (KPMs)- Total CSAT and NPS scores
- Average renewal and churn reduction rates
- Growth in revenue from upselling and cross‑selling
- Total NRR scores
- CRM accuracy percentage
- 3+ years of business experience and successful quota‑carrying experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years selling technology solutions, application software, or other financial, business, CRM, or ERP solutions.
- Strong sales acumen and consultative skills to conduct thorough discovery calls and translate them into qualified opportunities with a high closure rate.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational and computer competency for customer and business tracking, follow‑up, and team coverage.
