Responsibilities
  • Manage the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, aiming to create a "tickled, delighted and happy" customer.
  • Operate daily at Welcome Home Centers, process sale agreements, and close sales in line with company business plans.
  • Engage visitors to understand their home buying needs and build relationships using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
  • Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
  • Develop knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
  • Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing and maintain accurate communication records.
  • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
  • Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
  • Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical & Work Environment

Regular in-person attendance at company communities and job sites during standard hours. This is an active position involving office work, walking in all weather conditions and on uneven surfaces, and visiting neighborhoods and meetings to self-generate sales. A valid driver’s license is required to drive customers, visit realtor offices, and attend meetings. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Compensation

& Benefits

The base compensation is expected to range from $33,000 to $33,176 annually, subject to adjustment based on qualifications and other factors. This role may be eligible for bonuses and commissions, and benefits are provided per the company policy. Details may be modified by the company due to business factors.
