Compensation- Base salary: $30,000 to $50,000 annually DOE
- Target commission: $40,000 annually
- Total target compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 annually at 100% of the commission plan; potential earnings over $120,000 per year by exceeding quota.

The Role- Drive door‑to‑door sales for Ziply Fiber, selling America’s fastest home internet.
- Experience fast, large quota sales cycles in an effort‑reward environment.
- Knock on at least 65 doors per day and aim for at least 15 positive interactions to sign up new customers.
- Show up with a can‑do mindset; receive on‑going training powered by AI and advanced sales tools.
- Support success of self and team in a winning culture.
- Work outdoors in all seasons; door‑to‑door engagement in the PNW.
- 6+ months of sales, customer service, or prior military experience.
- Reliable transportation, current valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass national, local, background checks and licensing procedures.

- Approximately 80% outdoor time, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
- Requires walking streets for several hours per day, including uneven terrain, uphill and downhill areas.
- Often need to climb stairs, navigate driveways, access homes/buildings with limited accessibility; minimal office time.
- Driving within a specific region/territory required; must safely operate a motor vehicle.
