Job Duties Making outbound calls on past due accounts

Analyzing aging reports and documenting all account activities

Demonstrating professionalism discretion and good judgment in all interactions with co workers customers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of customer discrepancies and disputes

Ability to communicate cross functionally with sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process we need a confident go getter whos not afraid to tackle challenges head on Qualifications Advanced problem solving skills and well organized with the ability to prioritize projects within your territory in a fast paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the confidence to collect money and maintain an excellent relationship with our customer base Preferred skills but not required 2 years of collection experience is a plus but well train the right person
