Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative position located in Beaverton, OR. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets. The role involves initiating outreach to potential clients, managing inbound inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress in the sales cycle.

The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth and supporting the business development strategy.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and prospecting strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, advertising, or digital marketing is advantageous
