Full Job Description

Our client is a computer recycling and electronics recovery company seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business relationships with companies looking to responsibly dispose of used or surplus computer equipment. This is a high-opportunity role for a self-motivated individual who enjoys face-to-face selling, building long-term client relationships, and earning uncapped commission.

• Prospect and visit businesses within assigned territory to identify opportunities for computer and electronics recycling
• Educate clients on free pickup services for used or discarded computer equipment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinate equipment pickups with internal operations teams
• Manage and grow a personal client portfolio
• Track activity, leads, and results
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proven drive to generate sales and build new business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
• Clean driving record required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred but not required
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic

Pay: $1,000 per week + 10% commission on net proceeds
