** Volkswagen Sales Consultant
** to join our sales team.

You don’t need years of automotive sales experience to be successful here. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, is comfortable learning new technology, and is motivated by achieving goals. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.## What You'll DoAs a Volkswagen Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process from their first visit through delivery and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

* Welcome customers and identify their vehicle needs
* Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Volkswagen vehicles
* Conduct professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
* Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, and available options
* Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
* Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process
* Work with sales management to structure and complete vehicle purchases
* Assist customers with vehicle delivery and technology setup
* Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM
* Develop repeat and referral business through excellent customer service
* Maintain knowledge of current Volkswagen products, programs, incentives, and inventory
* Complete required Volkswagen product and certification training## Qualifications##

Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but
