Whether it’s fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, installing a shower head, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. You ensure homes are spotless and ready for move‑in day, creating a warm and welcoming experience for our residents. You enjoy connecting with people, and your friendly demeanor is always present.

• Preferred schedule:
  Friday – Tuesday
• Preferred experience:
  
  commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, renovation
• Trade skills: general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping

The compensation range for this role is $21 – $26 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.
