Overview

As a Lead React Native Developer, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. You’ll help deliver the company’s first Mobile Application that provides a world‑class experience to delight our customers.

You should thrive within our Agile framework and continuously improve. Our engineers deliver on React Native and other mobile platforms (iOS, Android, React, .NET, C#, SQL, Azure Cloud). You’ll bring practical, scalable experience building Mobile, Web, and Backend Services with robust, maintainable code and share insights with teammates.

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and follows a hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver best‑in‑class mobile applications with high‑quality, efficient, scalable, and reusable code, protecting customer privacy and confidentiality.
  • Apply mobile best practices, continuously learn and keep up with the mobile ecosystem.
  • Deliver well‑structured software with robust unit tests.
  • Ensure quality of your code and your team’s code.
  • Proactively identify functional and non‑functional issues and collaborate with Product Owner and QA.
  • Participate as an active team member, delivering tasks on schedule within the Scrum team.
  • Extend existing system functionality based on user requirements; analyze and maintain existing products.
  • Provide feedback on Mobile strategy.
  • Participate in design, planning, and definition of new and updated features.
  • Partner with teammates to produce cohesive, user‑friendly, quality solutions.
  • Produce complete, succinct, and coherent documentation.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in all aspects of application development (design, coding, deployment, documentation).
  • 6+ years of mobile development on React Native, native iOS (Swift/Objective‑C), and native Android (Java/Kotlin).
  • Deep familiarity with React Native (including Type Script, Storybook, Redux, Async Storage, React Native Animated API, Axios, React Query, Jest, Husky, Jetifier, ESLint) and related analytics, crash, push notification services.
  • Experience with Xcode and Android Studio build tools.
  • 2+ years of delivering Web applications in React or similar frameworks with RESTful API integration.
  • 2+ years with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server.
  • Experience with Google/Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, performance monitoring, and deployment to App Store and Play Store.
  • Proficiency in debugging and testing React Native (Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme).
  • Expertise in JavaScript/Type Script (ES6+, functional programming, async patterns).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ADO, Jenkins, Terraform, Sonar Qube).
  • 4‑year degree in computer‑related field or equivalent experience.
