Courier / Customer Service Associate
The Courier / Customer Service Associate is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery and pickup of packages throughout the client campus while providing excellent customer service. This is a physically active, driving-based role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and pick up packages across the client campus in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and staff
- Safely operate a company van or a tragon with trailer
- Use company‑issued iPhone and technology for tracking, receiving, and shipping operations
- Scan, log, and verify packages during delivery and pickup
- Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and campus contacts regarding deliveries
- Walk up to approximately 5 miles per day
- Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a company vehicle and trailer (training provided if needed)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using smartphone technology and shipping/receiving applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physically active, campus-based delivery setting. Combination of indoor and outdoor work. Fast‑paced, customer‑focused role.
