Warehouse Worker

Overview

NPW Companies (Hillsboro, Oregon) is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our warehouse family as a Warehouse Worker. With over 50 years of experience in selling traditional and performance parts, NPW is at the forefront of its industry.

• Assist with shipping & receiving, loading & unloading product orders.
• Stock and store warehouse inventory.
• Fulfill purchase orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid errors and safety mishaps.
• Assist with basic customer service.
• Perform time‑sensitive tasks with little or no supervision.
• Prioritize workload and navigate multiple systems/websites.
• Use handheld scanner and relevant software.
• Handle basic escalation issues within assigned department.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.
• Assist customers picking up orders.
• Process & invoice purchase orders.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager.

• Punctuality & consistent attendance is a must.
• Self‑motivated and takes initiative.
• Detail oriented.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and carry out directions from supervisor.
• Work independently with little to no supervision.
• Assure safety compliance with warehouse regulations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, meeting time‑sensitive deadlines.
• Positive “CAN DO” attitude.
• Minimum of 3 years previous warehouse experience.

• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10‑20 lbs.
• Bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders/steps.
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

Considered a plus.
