Hours: 20-25 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible weekday schedule, Monday availability preferred.

ZAD Fashion Inc is a family-owned and operated wholesale fashion jewelry company that has been serving retailers since 1986. We take pride in offering a wide selection of fashion jewelry and providing excellent service to our customers.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help with our shipping and warehouse operations.

As a part-time Shipper / Warehouse Associate you will help ship orders in a timely and accurate manner. This is a hands-on role in the warehouse.

• Shipping orders via UPS, USPS, and Fed Ex.
• Packing orders carefully and accurately.
• Prepare shipping labels and complete required shipping documentation.
• Receive and put away incoming inventory.
• Tag and prepare inventory.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Good time management.
• Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse tasks, including standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds.
• Prior shipping, warehouse, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person!

• This is an ongoing part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
• Flexible weekday scheduling with availability on Mondays preferred.
• Our regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm.
