Creative Safety Supply is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Team Lead to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shipping & Receiving team. This is a hands-on leadership role that works closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate daily orders, priorities, and workloads for the Shipping & Receiving team
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members
• Train employees on shipping processes, equipment, safety practices, and company procedures
• Review outgoing orders for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation
• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Use shipping systems, computers, and handheld scanners to process and track orders and inventory
• Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the Warehouse Manager
• Troubleshoot shipping and inventory issues and escalation when needed
• Work closely with Packaging and other warehouse teams to keep customer orders moving
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees
• Support inventory counts and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Participate in company safety initiatives and the Safety Committee as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of warehouse experience required
• At least 1 year of lead or leadership experience required
• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers, shipping systems, and handheld scanners
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while providing direction and support to a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• OSHA 30 General Industry training preferred, or ability to complete the training within 90 days of hire; company-paid training provided
