We are currently recruiting for reliable, heavy‑duty CSCS Demolition and Strip‑Out Labourers for immediate starts on a fast‑track commercial fit‑out and major interior refurbishment project in the NR34 area (Beccles / Lowestoft).

• Commercial Soft‑Strip:
  Executing systematic internal strip‑outs, removing non‑structural fixtures, suspended ceilings, partition walls, and commercial floor coverings.
• Waste Management & Logistics:
  Safely clearing, moving, and segregating strip‑out debris into designated commercial waste streams.
• Supporting Specialist Trades:
  Assisting interior contractors, partitioners, and specialist environmental strip‑out teams.
• Site Safety Compliance:
  Maintaining clear, orderly, and safe working environments in strict accordance with commercial interior safety policies.

• Valid CSCS Card:
  Essential (Qualification and card status checks will be completed digitally via the CITB database).
• Interior Site
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven experience working on commercial fit‑out, high‑end retail shopfitting, or interior refurbishment strip‑outs.
• Asbestos Awareness (UKATA/IATP):
  Highly advantageous given the specialist interior nature of our client's framework.
• Right to Work Documentation:
  Biometric passport, share code, or birth certificate.
• Payment & Payroll:
  Umbrella, or approved PAYE details.
• Full Site PPE:
  Steel‑toe‑cap boots, hi‑vis vest/jacket, hard hat, safety glasses, and high‑cut‑resistant safety gloves.
