KFC is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in the United Kingdom to be the friendly face that makes guests feel instantly welcome, answering questions and assisting with digital orders so nothing slows down. You’ll spot and solve problems on the fly, support the team, and raise the bar for great service every day.
In this role you’ll greet guests warmly, master the menu, and help customers navigate kiosks or the app.
