Home Support Matters in Beccles is seeking a highly organised Care Coordinator to join our Beccles team. This full-time role focuses on rota management, care planning, and ensuring seamless service delivery with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You will be the central contact for customers, families and professionals, support referrals and documentation, and line-manage care workers. Weekend on-call is included at enhanced rates and is managed from home.
