About The Role
The days and hours:
zero‑hours cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed; shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support with ad‑hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.
Hourly Rate - £13.50

(Due to the location of the site and limited access via public transport, candidates must have a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle or alternative means of reliable transport)

- Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work. You will learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times. Atlas will equip you with all the knowledge you need to look out for potential hazards.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
We are looking for someone who is excited about making a difference, has a positive and friendly attitude, and is local to the area.
- All you need is an attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English – essential for communication on safety and with members of the public and management team.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
