Home Support Matters – Beccles Branch is seeking a committed Field Care Supervisor to join the Beccles team. This full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, offers £25,974 per annum and focuses on ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care for our Supported Living customers.
You will oversee care through assessments, planning, and reviews; supervise field staff; maintain accurate records; and collaborate with health professionals to adapt to changing customer needs. Sponsorship is not available.
