Casual Production Operative

We’re looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team of Production Operatives. This is a zero‑hour contract role, offering you the flexibility to work shifts as and when they are available – perfect if you need a role that fits around other commitments.

As part of the Production Team you’ll be responsible for:

• Hand packing production directly from machines and 100% checking the quality of production to a high standard.
• Assembling/re‑assembling products.
• Sealing and placing a box label clearly and correctly on each box.
• Leaving one box per layer for PSO to carry out PPQC check.
• Erecting boxes or trays relevant to the job being packed.
• Other duties as assigned by the post holder; responsibilities may vary from time to time.

• Able to perform tasks that involve extended periods of standing and manual work.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is a bonus but not essential; training will be provided.
