Retail Shop Manager

East Anglia Children's Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Shop Manager to lead the team at our Beccles Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH's vibrant retail team and manage one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

You'll support a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, drive community engagement, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive and efficiently retail environment while supporting children and young people with life-threatening conditions and their families.

Our Beccles shop is located in the heart of this busy market town, benefiting from excellent footfall from both local residents and visitors. The shop offers customers the opportunity to discover quality fashion and unique items in an attractive and beautifully merchandised retail environment.

• Leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive and well-presented shop environment.
• Driving performance through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotional activity.
• Building strong relationships in the local community to encourage donations and volunteer support.
• Managing day-to-day operations including health & safety, stock rotation, and financial reporting.
