Description:

Call: 24/hr 2nd Call/Backup (Response Time: 30 minutes, 1/1 call ratio, Callback Frequency: 1 or 2 per week) Support Staff: 5 RN s Required Procedures:
Vent Management (Newborn and Peds), ETT/NT (Newbons), Arterial Lines, UVC, Lumbar Puncture, EKG Interpretation (Exchange Transfusion) Patients Per Day: 0
-5 (Typically Rounding on 3-4) Beds in Department: 6 peds, 16 newborn nursery EMR:
