Assistant Professor of Mathematics – WVU Tech (Beckley)

West Virginia University Institute of Technology (WVU Tech) is a divisional campus focused on four‑year undergraduate education, located in Beckley, WV. The Department of Mathematics in the School of Arts and Sciences invites applications for a tenure‑track Assistant Professor starting January 5, 2026. The position is 9‑month, full‑time with full benefits.

The successful candidate will teach 12 contact hours per semester, including mathematics courses for engineering students and general education requirements. In addition, the candidate will pursue scholarly activities, serve on committees, and engage in outreach activities.
