We are looking for a Service Now Solution Architect

Locations :
USA Remote

• Candidates should have strong knowledge of Service Now implementation and transformations.
• Strong knowledge on Service Now platform assessment and provide best practice recommendations.
• Candidate should have Knowledge on Service Now platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
• Experience in Service Now custom application design and development
• Expertise Service Now deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management expertise and merging multiple instances.
• Experienced in leading end to end Implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM and CMDB.
• Strong work experience and associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations.
• Candidates should have strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD design and implementation and transformation for large customers.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team.
• Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and convert them to functional requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated.
• Very good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and bring out the correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL / industry standards.
• Must be certified with Service Now Systems Administrator, Service Now Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and ITIL V3 foundation.
• Nice to have Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience in IT Asset Management Lifecycle and Service Now HAM & SAM Pro features and functions.
