ASGCO Manufacturing, Inc., a manufacturer and turn‑key service provider of bulk material handling equipment, including conveyor systems, conveyor components, screens and wear parts to the aggregate, cement, recycling and other bulk material handling industries.
We are looking for Field Service / Conveyor Belt Technicians to install, service and repair conveyor belts and components and who has experience on Industrial jobsites, including Aggregate, Asphalt, Ready‑mix, Quarries and or other types of Industrial / Manufacturing plants. We provide in‑house training programs for advancement. Any construction or millwright type jobs including steel fabrication, welding, proper rigging techniques and any conveyor experience is a plus.
$1500 Sign‑on Bonus.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment at client locations. You will utilize your mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Your core competencies in welding, fabrication, and electrical systems will ensure optimal equipment performance. Additionally, strong communication skills and customer service experience will enhance client relationships. Join our team to make a significant impact out in the field.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following- MSHA Surface and/or Underground Miner Qualifications
- Conveying Equipment Maintenance Experience
- Mechanical Fabrication Skills
- Torch Cutting and Welding Skills
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Mining Equipment Repair
- Perform field service visits to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
- Utilize welding skills for fabrication and repair tasks.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and tasks.
- Weekend, Weekday, and Holiday Work Schedule as Needed
- Travel to Customer Location
- Some shift work
