Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Cardiovascular Services department, including Cath Lab operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing clinical and operational workflows, leading multidisciplinary teams, and strengthening collaboration with surgeons and anesthesia providers to support successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a proven cardiovascular services leader with strong Cath Lab operations experience, high clinical standards, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for Cardiovascular Services / Cath Lab, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary teams including nursing, technologists, physicians, and support staff.
• Build strong working relationships with surgeons and anesthesia providers to maintain excellent collaboration and service delivery.
• Drive department performance including quality outcomes, throughput, patient experience, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and clinical best practices.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, and professional development initiatives across the department.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic planning, program growth, and service line development activities.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (required)
• Current West Virginia RN License (or eligible for WV licensure) (required)
• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in Cardiovascular Services (required)
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships with:
  • Surgeons
  • Anesthesia providers
• BLS required (or obtained within defined timeframe)
• ACLS required (or obtained within defined timeframe)

• Cath Lab leadership experience in a high-volume cardiovascular program
• Experience with service line growth, physician engagement, and performance improvement initiatives
• Strong background in quality, compliance, and patient safety initiatives
