Job Opportunity – Infusion Registered Nurse – West Virginia

Start Date: November 11, 2026 (Orientation held every other Thursday)

Location: West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 5x8 hour shifts, Days ), guaranteed 40 hours per week. No on-call required. No floating required.

Highlights:

• Infusion Center specialty with daily census of approximately 70 patients
• Patient ratio of 1:4, providing quality-focused care to adult and geriatric oncology patients
• Cerner documentation system with interdisciplinary support from Phlebotomy, Radiology, and Pharmacy
• Comprehensive oncology experience including chemotherapy administration, port management, and patient education
• Travel assignment welcoming first-time travelers with structured orientation support
• 15-bed infusion center focused on inpatient and outpatient oncology care

Requirements:

• Active West Virginia or Compact State RN license (pending license accepted for submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy certification required;
  Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred
• Infusion Center experience strongly preferred
• Inpatient and/or Outpatient Oncology experience preferred
• Skills in chemotherapy administration (IV push, continuous infusion, oral), port access and management, central line care, infusion pump management, and cytotoxic spill management
• Experience with blood and blood product administration, patient/family education, and recognizing abnormal lab values
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only with physician documentation)
• Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from facility (candidates 75-99 miles may be considered)
• Minimum of 2 Manager or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years
