* Prevent harm. Provide hope. Empower futures.*## What You’ll DoYou’ll play a hands-on role in supporting youth in a residential setting:
* Serve as a
** positive role model
** and mentor for youth
* Build meaningful relationships and understand each youth's
** treatment plan and goals
*** Support daily routines, including
** hygiene, structure, and life skills
*** Respond to emotional needs with
** empathy, guidance, and encouragement
*** Manage
** crisis situations safely
** using trained intervention techniques
* Administer medications in accordance with protocols
* Document progress, incidents, and daily activities accurately
* Coordinate with therapists, supervisors, schools, and families
* Facilitate recreational, educational, and
