Warehouse Picker Order Selector – Beckley, WV

Work in an exciting warehouse environment, picking and preparing orders for the Keurig Dr Pepper distribution network.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers using a voice audio headset.
• Hand stack cases weighing up to 50 lb. repeatedly from floor to overhead.
• Place beverage products onto pallets in a defined stacking pattern.
• Hand shrink‑wrap completed orders and move them to the loading dock using electronic pallet jack or walkie‑rider equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned.

• Full‑time
• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – end of shift (flexible to work overtime and weekends as required)

We are looking for a self‑motivated, team‑oriented individual who enjoys a fast‑paced, active work environment and is comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling cases.

• Pay: starting at $18.90 per hour, increasing to $19.89 per hour after 6 months.

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. from floor to overhead throughout the shift.
• Familiarity with headset‑based, voice‑activated picking systems.
• Experience hand‑shrink‑wrapping pallets of completed orders.
• Comfortable working in multi‑temperature environments (hot or cool).
